Concentrated wines for the pleasure of aromas
A.O.C Côtes du Ventoux. In bottle of 75CL

Récolté à la main
Those wines are made from our oldest vines, from
which the grapes are hand-picked, and the six varieties
are blended to give a wide range of flavours :

Majority grape varieties : grenache, syrah, carignan

Minority grape varieties : cinsault, mourvèdre, counoise

Those wines ally power, aromatic intensity et roundness.
Their persistent final made of black-berry and liquorice
flavours is caracteristic of the terroir of Mont Ventoux.

Best served at 16°C.
The wine have to be aerated to reveal its aromas.

Optimal tasting since the spring following the vintage.
Favourable ageing for 5 years.

Serve with highty-seasoned and spicy meals like meat stew.
Suggestion of recipe : Provençal boiled beef with vegetables

Cerise et Réglisse 2004 / 13.5%
The cherry ripe colour and the liquorice finish are the same at each vintage.
Clos des Patris
One of the best wine of Côtes du Ventoux
Bouquet de garrigue. 2004 / 13.5%
Terroir selection of the garrigue :
The soils of the ochre and stony garrigue creat a hot microclimate around the grapes.
The thyme, the lavender and the rosemary are naturally in very dry soils.
This environment gives to the wine spicy and garrigue notes characteristic.
