  • 1 rabbit of 1,5 kg
  • 8 tomatos
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 5 branches of rosemary
  • Some black olives
  • Flours
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper


    To make return pieces of rabbit in an oiled casserole. When those are well gilded, to withdraw them, to gild onions in the casserole.

    To give the pieces of rabbit in the casserole
    on average fire, to powder them of flour.

    To stir up with twice, to wet with water, to add épépinées tomatos cut into two, garlic, olives, rosemary, salt and pepper.
